JUDD Rescue Dog First Aid Course Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by Participant:

    • More than 14 days before the course: Full refund minus a $30 administration fee.

    • Less than 14 days before the course: No refund, but you may transfer your spot.

  2. Course Cancellation by JUDD Rescue:

    • If we cancel the course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date without any administration fee.

Transfers

  1. Transferring Your Spot:

    • You can transfer your course spot to someone else.

    • Please notify us with the new participant's details at least 48 hours before the course starts.
